I founded this business on two main principles, QUALITY WORKMANSHIP and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I believe the way to achieve the best results is to listen to the customers needs, but also offer them advice when needed. DMI's services range from simple maintenance to single room improvement or renovation type jobs. I work directly with homeowners, business and property owners. Recent jobs Anchor utility tub and install new faucet: Customer had old leaky faucet on utility tub, they also wanted the tub anchored to the concrete floor. Repair clothes dryer: Landlord of an apartment building needed a clothes dryer repaired in one of his units. Runoff downspout repair: The owner of a warehouse found a cracked PVC downspout that collected water from the rooftop. Lower lever rec-room: Roughed in walls, hung drywall, tape and mud seams, build custom utility doors, customer painted and finished to complete. Point of use water heater: Shipping company needed a faulty Point of Use water heater replaced. Laminate Flooring: Install laminate flooring in first floor hallways and kitchen House updating: My customer had just purchased a house and before moving in wanted some things updated. I installed new front and rear entry doors, replaced the bathroom vanity, tore out the old wall medicine cabinet and replaced with new mirror. Leaky flat urethane roof: Property owner had water leaking into office building, I sealed open seams and holes. Apartment turnover: Landlord of apartment needed some repair so unit before new tenants moved in. Replaced broken toilet handle, repair ceiling fan. Custom Finish moulding: Customer had partially finished 3rd floor. I custom built finish woodwork for arched window, also installed woodwork in other various areas of room. Kitchen Faucet: Apartment owner needed a new kitchen faucet installed in one of the units. Lower floor Office: Rough in and hang drywall in area on the lower floor to be used as office. Painting: Paint 2 interior rooms, kitchen and dining room. Shower bars: Install Grab Bars in shower area. Restroom repair: Property management company needed a flusher for a urinal replaced at one of their buildings. Restroom Exhaust Fans: Property management company had four restroom exhaust fans that needed replacing at one of their buildings. Dryer Electrical: Install electrical for clothes dryer. Broken Toilet flange: Customer had leaking toilet, after removing toilet I found a cracked Closet Flange. I cut out the old flange and mounted a new one in, then reinstalled toilet. Privacy Fence: Install a 6 foot tall privacy fence onto existing deck. Repair Chain Link Fence: Customer's fence had fallen because of erosion in certain areas. I dug around all posts, re-plumbed all posts, and re-poured concrete into new holes.
